Hiya, I’m Steph.

I’m a certified personal trainer and the women behind Forever Young Fitness. As an everyday person myself, I am passionate about helping regular people find confidence in their body through strength training and a healthy mindset.

I pride myself on not only teaching clients, how and when to train but also how to learn to listen to their body, to know what it needs and why. Learning to show up for yourself with a strong body and healthy mindset is at the forefront of my training approach.
